Jack Miller

Jack recently joined PDC Lawyers & Town Planners as a Senior Associate, based in its Nowra office. Having grown up and resided in the Shoalhaven for most of his life, Jack has an understanding of local issues, close community ties within the community, and a strong connection with the Shoalhaven region.

Since graduating from Wollongong University, Jack has gained experience over several years helping and supporting clients with a diverse range of matters in various areas of the law, including conveyancing, leasing, and other property matters; business and commercial transactions; employment matters; commercial litigation, debt recovery, and other general disputes; and wills and estate planning.

Jack also has experience in a range of criminal and traffic law matters.

This diverse experience enables Jack to assist his clients with many of their legal needs, which is of value to them, and he is committed to continuing to enhance his skills in many areas of the Law.

Jack has appeared in the Local and District Court, the Fair Work Commission, as well as in the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal.

Valuing the solicitor/client relationship, Jack is appreciated by his clients for his interpersonal skills and compassionate approach, whereby he seeks to ascertain and understand his client’s position and objectives, so as to achieve the best possible outcomes for them.

Outside of work, Jack volunteers as a committee member of the Shoalcoast Legal Centre, which is a not for profit legal service aimed at promoting social justice, and providing free and accessible legal services to the residents of the South Coast who experience social and economic disadvantage

He otherwise enjoys playing football and golf, and visiting the local Shoalhaven beaches. He also values spending time with his young family and friends.
